Refund policy
1. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
If our customers are not happy with the quality of products received, they can request a refund/replacement, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility
In case the package is missing an item, a refund for the said item will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy) – Contact us within 6 hours of delivery for any damage/spoilage claims.
Other Items (Bakery, Packaged Goods, Grocery, Beverages, etc.) – Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damage/defect claims.
Requirements
In the case of quality issues, where the customer isn’t satisfied with the product received, he must provide proof of damage within 6 hours Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy). Other Items (Bakery, Packaged Goods, Grocery, Beverages, etc) within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Provide clear photos or videos of: The damaged/defective product.
Product packaging & invoice label.
Items must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).
Replacement of the product or a partial/full refund will be processed upon verification. A picture must be shared on Whatsapp (+91 9319716636) or via email (vfdhubb@gmail.com).
Non-Returnable
Reports after the 12-hour/24-hour window.
Opened, consumed, or used items (unless defective on opening).
Products damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery.
Resolution
Replacement preferred when available.
Refund if replacement not possible:
Online payments → refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
COD orders → refunded via UPI/bank transfer/store credit within 3–5 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
Quick Delivery Orders
Before Dispatch: Cancel via order page or contact us immediately.
After Dispatch: Cannot be cancelled.
Scheduled Delivery Orders
Cancel/reschedule up to 2 hour before the scheduled delivery window.
After cut-off, cancellations are not allowed.
COD Orders
Multiple refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Online Payments → Full refund within 3–5 business days.
COD → No charges if cancelled within the allowed time.
